I build organizations that bring music to young people around the world — as founder of In Concert, Director of Programs at El Sistema USA, and coaching faculty at the Academy for Impact through Music. Through Allegro Impact, my newest venture, I coach and educate mission-driven leaders and teams to have more impact by harnessing AI — and somewhere between it all, I teach a course at the Manhattan School of Music.

Off the clock: I enjoy spending time with my partner and our 2 geriatric chihuahuas, playing chamber music in my neighborhood, tinkering on my #vanlife camper van, and traveling, especially to visit community music programs.
